FIELD: pharmaceutical chemistry and urology.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes treatment of frequent vesical tenesmus and incontinence with combination of tramadol, its derivatives, and derivatives of 1-phenyl-3-dimethylaminopropane compounds of formula I: 
with antimuscarine agents, in particular combination of (+)-(2R,3R)-1-dimethylamino-3-(3-methoxyphenyl)-2-methylpentane-3-ol and oxybutynine. Invention also relates to drug form of this combination.
EFFECT: enlarged choice of incontinence treatment agents.
