SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel substituted derivatives of 2-pyridincyclohexane-1,4-diamine of the general formula (I): wherein R¹, R² and R³ mean independently of one another hydrogen atom (H), branched or linear (C₁-C₈)-alkyl or (C₃-C₈)-cycloalkyl; R⁴ means H, branched or linear (C₁-C₈)-alkyl or -C(X)R⁷ wherein X means oxygen atom (O); R⁷ means branched or linear (C₁-C₈)-alkyl or (C₃-C₈)-cycloalkyl; R⁵ means group -CHR¹¹R¹², -CHR¹¹-CH₂R¹², -CHR¹¹-CH-CH₂R¹², -CHR¹¹CH₂-CH₂-CH₂R¹² wherein R¹¹ means H, branched or linear (C₁-C₇)-alkyl or C(O)O-(C₁-C₆)-alkyl; R¹² means H, (C₃-C₈)-cycloalkyl or five-membered nitrogen-containing heteroaryl optionally condensed with benzene ring as their racemates or pure stereoisomers being at first enantiomers or diastereomers, and as bases or physiologically compatible acid-additive salts. Compounds of the formula (I) elicit analgesic activity and can be used in medicine.
