FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; other industries; method of regeneration of the filtering components.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for purification of the filtrating components. The presented method of purification of the filtering components owing to the pulsing character and the water-air structure of the high-velocity spray improves the quality of regeneration of the filtering component. Each water droplet without inhibition hits the being purified surface promoting the erosion and removal of the pollutions. For formation of the spray they use the rigid chamber of the small volume, inside which the electrode system is consolidated; the generator of the pulse voltage consisting of the high-voltage power supply; the capacitors battery and the air discharge device. The spray may be formed by the nozzles. The process of the spray running lasts 300-600 microseconds. The increase of the discharge power increases the sprays speed and the dynamic pressure formed by it on the barrier. The mode, at which regeneration of the filer takes place, may be the following: the amplitude of the voltage impulses - 10-30 kV; capacity of the capacitors battery of the generator - 0.15 microfarad; the interelectrode gap - 2-5 mm; the space interval from the nozzle - 10-20 cm. The electrohydraulic purification by the spray allows to reach the most high pressures on the treated surface at the rather high efficiency of the process. The invention allows to diminish power consumptions for realization of the purification process of filters, excludes necessity to have the flushing bench and allows to automize the purification process.
EFFECT: the invention allows to diminish power consumptions at realization of the process of the filters purification, to exclude necessity to have the flushing bench and to automize the purification process.
