FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to process of emulsions preparation and may be used in preparation of emulsion from mutually insoluble liquid components with different electric conductivity for internal combustion engines in automobile transport and navigation, for preparation of water emulsion paints in paint-and-varnish industry, and also medical preparations. Method includes action of high-voltage electric discharge at one of components installed in mixing chamber. Components are jointly dispersed by action at component with higher electric conductivity. Electric discharge is created between chamber made of current-conducting material and electrode arranged along the whole height of chamber and arranged in the form of blade, which is sharpened from one side and isolated from all other sides.
EFFECT: increased stability of emulsions.
