FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry. Treatment method of bast-fibered materials provides loosening of material, its placement into water environment, hydrodynamic treatment of material successively against different kinds of sources of hydrodynamic influence. At first hydrodynamic treatment is implemented from ultrasonic in streaming operation of wave action, and then from impulses source in mode of shock action (discharge in mixture "water-fiber"). Pressure amplitude of plus wave phase in streaming operation less, than pressure amplitude of plus wave phase in pulse mode. After treatment material is removed from water. There are possible also preparatory treatment of material with influence on it by microwave radiation, and after-irradiation by ultrasound for unidirectional orientation of fibers.
EFFECT: obtaining high-quality cotton at optimum level of energy intensity for cottonising.
