HYDRODYNAMIC CAVITATIONAL REACTOR Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B01F5/00

Abstract RU 2305589 C1

FIELD: heat-and power industry; other industries; devices for production of the emulsions, suspensions in the hydrodynamic cavitational field.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for production of the emulsions, suspensions in the hydrodynamic cavitational field, in particular, at preconditioning of the black oil fuel or the water- black oil fuel mixture for combustion in the boiler units and other heat-and-power installations. The reactor includes the convergent tube, the flow-type chamber containing the section made in the form of the diffuser with the mounted in it the axial and wall cavitational devices. The flow chamber is supplied with the additional sections made in the form of the diffusers. All diffusers are linked among themselves and have the different cone angles. The flow chamber is supplied with the additional cavitational device made in the form of the half-ring with its salient part facing towards to the medium flow. The cone angle of the section of the diffuser, on which the cavitational device is arranged downstream of the medium flow is made greater than the cone angle of the section of the diffuser, on which the cavitational device is arranged upstream, or it is equal to it. The wall cavitational device is made in the form of the annular element with the cross section in the form of the sector. The axial cavitational device may be made in the form of the semi-sphere with its salient part facing upstream of the medium flow or may be made in the form of the cone. The diffusers may be made with the wall of the curvilinear form. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the cavitational reactor operation.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the cavitational reactor operation.
