FIELD: granulation in fluidized bed by wetting of seeding particles and growing granules in liquid state.
SUBSTANCE: sprayer for liquid agent distributors is provided with first tube having practically rectilinear axis and preset diameter; this tube has outlet hole of distributor at its end; tube consists of at least two adjoining sections: first section has shape of cone tapering towards axis and second section terminating in outlet hole of distributor has shape widening cone; sprayer has second tube which is located coaxially inside first tube forming circular cavity; its outlet end is located inside first taper section of first tube. Granulator with fluidized bed is provided with reservoir where fluidized bed of seeding particles and granules of agent being granulated is formed; it is also provided with device for continuous delivery of seeding particles to fluidized bed, liquefaction system and system for keeping the seeding particles and granules in fluidized bed and at least one distributor through which flow of liquid agent facilitating growth of granules is delivered to fluidized bed. Distributor is provided with one or several sprayers for liquid agent and first tube having practically rectilinear axis and preset diameter; this tube has outlet hole at the end; tube consists of two adjoining sections: first section has shape of cone narrowing towards axis and second section terminating in outlet hole of distributor has shape of widening cone. Distributor is also provided with second tube which is coaxially located inside first tube forming circular cavity together with it; its outlet end is located inside first taper section of first tube.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of granulation.
