FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device for powder materials granulation contains a vertical cylindrical casing, in it shaft connected with drive is installed. For the powder delivery to the granulator a loading branch pipe is provided, it locates in top part of the casing. For the liquid binding agent supply the device contains sprinkling system supplying water to the granulation chamber and comprising injectors connected with the dosing pump. Through the entire length of the shaft the accelerating disks with blades are installed, they are intended to create vortex flow of the powder, air and binding agent, ensuring mixing of the initial powder with the binding agent, collision of the mixed components facilitating adhesion of the powder particles and creation of the granulation centres.
