FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of sound- and heat-insulating blocks, slabs and panel for internal work in civil and industrial buildings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed mix for manufacture of cellular lime concrete of autoclave hardening contains the following components, mass-%: lime, 10.0-25.0; ground foam glass - heat-insulating or sound-insulating or their mixture at gain size 3.0-30.0 mm, 10.0-60.0; the remainder being argillite; aluminum powder (above 100% of lime, foam glass and argillite), 0.02-0.10; water to optimal fluidity of mix. Specification describes building article in form of blocks, slabs and panels manufactured for proposed mix.
EFFECT: extended range of means for production of articles from cellular lime concrete; low density; enhanced heat- and sound-insulating properties; retained compressive strength; low cost.
