FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: factice is obtained by heating vegetable oil with sulfur and modifier in presence of catalyst and initiator, said vegetable oil being, in particular, grape oil produced from grape grains and containing 68.3-75.4% linolic acid, and said modifier being dimethacrylic acid triethylene glycol ester in amount 10-20% of the weight of reaction mixture. Modifier may further contain trimethylolpropane or dimethylvinylethynylcarbinol diallyl ether or syrup thereof.
EFFECT: improved quality and stability of factice, which enables utilization thereof as frost-resistant plasticizer and softener in manufacture of frost-resistant chloroprene rubbers having high physico-mechanical and technological characteristics.
