FIELD: elastomeric compositions creation.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of creating elastomeric compositions based on low unsaturation rubbers and can be used in the rubber and rubber industry, for example, for the manufacture of multilayer rubber-cord products operated under thermal and atmospheric conditions and dynamic loading. This elastomeric composition includes the ratio of components, wt.pts.: butyl rubber - 45.0-48.0; ethylene propylene diene rubber - 45.0-48.0, chloroprene rubber - 4.0-10.0; ground sulfur - 0.8-1.2; thiuram D - 0.8-2.2; Altax - 0.5-1.5; stearic acid - 1.0-2.0; zinc white - 5.0; pine rosin - 2.0; carbon black: N330 - 30.0-50.0 and N550 - 10.0-15.0; white soot BS-120 - 5.0-10.0; oil plasticizer - 8.0-12.0; diafen FP - 1.0-2.0; N-cyclohexylthiophthalimide - 0.1-0.2. White soot BS-120 is a reinforcing mineral filler.
EFFECT: creation of an elastomer composition with improved properties: tear resistance, dynamic endurance, bond strength with a rubberized cord and physical and mechanical properties.
