FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber mixtures based on butyl, ethylene-propylene diene and chloroprene rubber and can be used in the rubber and industrial rubber industry. Disclosed is a rubber mixture for production of multilayer rubber-cord articles containing the following components, wt.pts.: butyl rubber – 45.0-48.0; ethylene propylene diene rubber – 45.0-48.0; chloroprene rubber – 4.0-10.0; ground sulphur – 0.8-1.2 or 1.4; thiuram D – 0.8-2.2; altax – 0.5-1.5; stearic acid – 1.0-2.0; zinc white – 5.0; pine rosin – 2.0; dispractol “КС-БП” – 3.0-6.0; technical carbon “ТУ” No. 330 – 40.0-50.0; technical carbon “ТУ” No. 550 – 5.0-10.0; white soot “БС”-120 – 5.0-10.0; oil plasticizer – 6.0-12.0; N-cyclohexylthiophthalimide – 0.1-0.2.
EFFECT: increasing the level of dynamic endurance and strength of connection of rubber with rubberized cord at maintaining high level of physical and mechanical properties of vulcanisates before and after heat aging.
