FIELD: heat-insulation materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of environmentally appropriate antimicrobial nonflammable fibrous filler through wet formation from waste produced during processing of linen raw material, which filler can be used to manufacture nonflammable antimicrobial heat-insulation materials. Desired target is achieved by that nonflammable fibrous filler based on cellulose-containing material with diammonium phosphate fixed thereon is comprised of linen pulp having following characteristics: fiber number: 2, content of chaff: 8-12%, fiber length: 50-80 mm, pulp density; 200-300 kg/m2, and heat conductivity: 0.04-0.06 kcal/m.h. degree, which linen pulp is covered with chitosan in amount 8-32% based on the weight of linen pulp.
EFFECT: enhanced valuable characteristics of filler.
