FIELD: oil industry, possible use for temporary plugging of well shaft during well maintenance.
SUBSTANCE: plug-packer consists of shaft with radial apertures, made in lower part of shaft, plug with internal closed recess. Plug is capable of axial movement relatively to the shaft. Above radial apertures shaft is provided with fingers, positioned evenly along external surface. On external surface of shaft, in its upper part, circular recess is made, and circular shelf is made at the top on internal surface of shaft. On eternal surface of circular recess, circular incisions are made. On external surface of shaft between lower and upper stops, compacting element is mounted. On the top, plug is provided with additional cone with additional friction sockets, interacting from above with lower stop and made with possible radial movement outwards during approach of additional cone and lower stop. On internal surface of additional cone, radial channels are made for fingers of shaft, not matching additional friction sockets. Lower stop is made moveable relatively to shaft and held relatively to it by destructible element, and is capable of interaction with fingers of shaft during extraction of plug-packer from well. Positioned above upper stop are cone, mounted in circular recess of shaft and connected to friction sockets, position holder of packing element, made in form of spring washer, interacting with circular incisions of circular recesses of shaft. Position holder is pressed from above by mounting holder, screwed onto cone. Body and rod of mounting tool are made with possible interaction respectively with one and with shaft by means of mounting holder. Rod is connected by shear elements to the shaft. Friction sockets and additional friction sockets are connected, respectively, to cone and to additional cone by dovetail connection, and to ends of lower and upper stops - by T-like connection. Collapsible assembly is made in form of hollow cylinder, plugged by guiding cone from above and provided with circular recess from above, made with possible interaction with circular shelf of shaft. Collapsible assembly is held relatively to shaft by shear element. Balls are mounted in radial apertures of shaft and interact from outside with internal closed recess of plug, and from inside - with detachable assembly.
EFFECT: high reliability during packing and unpacking, expanded functional capabilities.
