SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, first records of detailed call data are transferred from access server to settlement module, and second records of detailed call data are transferred to mediator module. By means of settlement module, settlements are realized for service requested from stationary network provider and/or TAP files are transferred to GSM service provider for mutual settlements.
EFFECT: possible roaming between various hot networks without any problems, for example, without consideration of registration, settlements and authentication for services of various WLAN networks service providers.
