FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device has compressing self-tapping screw and plate having aperture for receiving compressing self-tapping screw and pedicle of V-shaped cross-section having an angle of 90° open towards outside and having its free end sharp at an angle outward and attached to the plate at an angle of 50°. The compressing self-tapping screw has spherical head having cross-shaped slit and thread pitch of 5 mm. The pedicle attached to one plate end. The other one is bent and has 2-3 holes for receiving cortical screws. Sharpening angle of free rod end is equal to 45°. The compressing self-tapping screw is placed 30 mm far from pedicle base. Plate aperture is oval.
EFFECT: high stability of osteosynthesis; prevented fixing member migration in postoperative time; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
