FIELD: medicine; electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method and device for generation of electric signal to be used in bio-medical applications has two time-presetting units 92, 94 for generation of time intervals T1-T7, unit 96 for combining mentioned intervals into output signal, which has predefined relation between intervals, output unit 104 for transmitting output signal to load, filter 102 for removing undesired frequency components and tuning unit 100 to select output signals from set of signals, which output signals have predetermined characteristics. Output signal has to be repeating sequence of rectangular pulse packages, equalizing impulse (if necessary) to eliminate constant shift in case when it is undesirable, and rest period with absent signal. In case when permanent shift is required, it is possible to neglect equalizing pulse. In this case the rest signal includes superimposed permanent potential.

EFFECT: widened area of application; wider area of application; higher rate of wound healing; better pain relief.
