FIELD: chemical industry; motorcar industry; the systems of generation of the inert gas medium with the high content of nitrogen.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the systems of generation of the inert gas medium with the high content of nitrogen. The transport generator of nitrogen, includes: the multiple-stage compressor, the cooling heat exchanger with the cooling circuit, the system of purification from the vapors and the dropping moisture, the screen, the cooling liquid consumption control, the comparison unit. The transport generator of nitrogen is supplied with the combustion engine connected on the one hand, through the clutch with the multiple-stage compressor, and on the side of the inlet manifold by means of the oxygen pipeline is connected with the outlet of the gas distributor, which inlet is connected with the gas-distributing unit. From the side of the inlet manifold the combustion engine is connected to the inlet of the catalyst converter, the other inlet of the latter is connected with the gas distributing block by means of the oxygen pipeline. The oxygen pipeline connected to the combustion engine from its both sides from the inlet and outlet manifolds forms the connecting link between the under-membrane space of the gas distributing block, the inlet and outlet manifolds. At that the catalyst converter is installed in the outlet manifold and the gas distributor is connected to the inlet manifold. The transport generator ensures the high efficiency and the decreased share of the harmful substances in the exhaust gases.
EFFECT: the invention presents the transport generator, that ensures the high efficiency and the decreased share of the harmful substances in the exhaust gases.
