FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in oil and gas industry at boring, development and operation of wells, and also at repair of oil and gas equipment. A flow of compressed, preliminary cooled and purified from condensate, water fumes and oil air is produced in successively arranged input pressurising block 1, heat exchanger 2 and filtration block 3. Further the flow is repeatedly heated in heat exchanger 9 and is supplied into gas distributing block 4 containing parallel arranged chambers 5 with half-permeable membranes 6. Gas mixture enriched with nitrogen and used for production of technological inert gas medium is produced in above-membrane cavity and is directed to a consumer via pipeline of low pressure 17 or via reducing block 7. Enriched with oxygen gas mixture is produced in under-membrane cavity; this mixture is supplied via pipeline 30 to suction main of diesel 13 or compressor 20 for creating flow of compressed air or inert gas medium. Volume of technological inert gas medium and contents of residual oxygen in it is regulated by means of changing pressure in the under-membrane cavity with locking regulating devices 24.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and quality of inert medium, expanded technological functions.
