FIELD: petrochemical industry; petroleum industry; methods of the oil stripping in the separators of the first and second stages.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the oil industry, in particular, to the oil-water-gaseous mixture stripping in the separator of the first stage. The method includes the following operations: arrangement inside the inlet fitting pipe along the circumference of the diametrically opposite four acoustic quarter-wave resonators; arrangement of the diaphragm in series to the resonators inside the inlet fitting pipe; insertion in front of the inlet union for the oil-water-gas mixture of the inlet fitting pipe with the resonators and the diaphragm; generation by the diaphragm of the turbulent vortexes and the low-frequency sound; conversion of the low-frequency sound into the ultrasound by the resonators; formation of the ultrasonic field of the standing waves in the space between the resonators; coagulation of the gas bubbles in the ultrasonic field of the standing waves with the subsequent degasifying treatment of the mixture; discharge of the degassed mixture through the outlet union into the processing line; the gas discharge in the processing line. The technical result of the invention consists in provision of the effective protection of the oil-water-gaseous mixture from the losses of the light hydrocarbons in the process flowsheet of the oil field production, in particular, in the separator of the first stage.
