FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is mounted on automotive exhaust pipe and comprises casing and acoustic resonator representing a circular quarter-wave resonator. Device one side is closed by reflecting cover with circular slot. Aforesaid casing accommodates thrust ring with circular groove. Cylindrical sleeve is arranged between thrust ring and cover, the sleeve being furnished with orifices to communicate quarter-wave resonator inner chamber with that of the sleeve. A number of orifices is arranged between casing face and thrust ring, along the casing circumference, for outlet of purified exhaust gas.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of purification.
