FOAMED CONCRETE MIX Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C04B38/10 

FIELD: manufacture of building materials.

SUBSTANCE: foamed concrete mix containing, wt %: cement 51.88-56.52, lime 1.57-2.06, sand 9.84-10.25, waste water sediment combustion ashes 6.41-7.36, foaming additive 0.18-0.27, and water further contains basalt fiber 0.15-0.17, gypsum hemihydrate (CaSO₄*0.5H₂O) 1.05-1.54, and 20% orthosilicic acid sol solution (pH 3.1-4.0) 0.03-0.05, content of water in total mix being 24.25-26.43%. Mix can be used in industrial and public construction.

EFFECT: increased bend strength and coefficient of sound absorption, and reduced shrinkage of foamed concrete.
