FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of articles for industrial and civil engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed autoclave foamed concrete contains cement, lime, filler, water and foaming agent in form of sand and ash after burning sediment of waste water at the following relationship of components, mass-%: cement, 28.7-33.5; lime, 4.6-7.6; sand, 17.5-18.1; ash, 17.5-18.1; foaming agent, 0.32-0.33 and water, 26.57-27.18. Proposed concrete absorbs ions of heavy metals and makes it possible to utilize industrial wastes.
EFFECT: improved protective properties of concrete; enhanced ecological safety; facilitated procedure.
