FIELD: cooling engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises cyclic heating and cooling of heat conductor at points arranged along its length with a phase shift of φ =-180(i-1)/n, where n is the number of pairs of the points, i is the number of point, L is the distance between the adjacent points equal to τ/n where τ is the pole pressure equal to V/2f and the distance between the points the phase shift angles of which are 180°,V is the specified rate of heat transfer, and f is the frequency of the cycle. The device comprises heater, cooler, heat conductor, and member that supplies external heat energy to the heat conductor and is made of reciprocating piston pumps. The inner spaces of the pumps and hoses are pressure-tight and filled with gas. The points of the heat conductor are connected with the cylinders of the piston pumps through the hoses.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency.
