FIELD: stationary refrigeration devices, for instance cold rooms.
SUBSTANCE: food product block freezing and thawing device comprises insulated chamber. Installed in the chamber are air cooler, air heater, fan, air channel, product temperature sensors, air temperature sensor, microprocessor and cart. The cart is provided with metal shelves having ribs on inner surfaces and arranged inside rectangular box in horizontal positions. The rectangular box is provided with end sealing means and is supported by wheels. The carts may slide along guiding means having limiting posts from the first guiding means sides and with springing pressing members from the second sides thereof.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of food product treatment.
