FIELD: food-processing industry; storage of products. SUBSTANCE: method consists in bagging and packing of products, delivery of products for freezing, storage and defrosting. Prior to freezing, product is bagged and packed in sleeve envelope and ends of packing are terminated. Freezing is effected by periodic pulse delivery of cold air to individual packing held on bearing surfaces. After storage, product is delivered for realization or for defrosting and subsequent processing.
