FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for bioproducts chilling and freezing contains heat-insulated housing, chamber for bioproducts storage, vertical screen with central hole, squirrel-caged fan blower, air chillers located symmetrically in relation to central hole of vertical screen. Fan blower is fixed on the opposite side of screen in line with central hole. Evaporators are connected in series in halon circuit and their surfaces are ribbed.
EFFECT: this invention allows improvement of products freezing efficiency due to maintenance of cooling air temperature in working capacity and reduction of air chillers dimensions.
