The device is additionally provided with the circuit for measuring angular movement and circuit for measuring angular velocity and angular acceleration. The circuit for measuring angular velocity and angular acceleration comprises shifting unit, AND-NOT element, pulse generator, AND element, counter, first divider, two indicators, controller of constant value, multiplier, and second divider.
