FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation systems and can be used in the data processing facilities intended for ground transport vehicle drivers. Invention allows improving data processing performances. For this, fuel consumption per 100 km is calculated. The result obtained is compared to the reference value. In case it exceeds the latter, the driver receives the excess fuel consumption signal. In case the current range value goes below the preset one, the transport vehicle limiting range till a stop will be signaled. The limiting time till a stop is calculated as the transport vehicle limiting range till the stop-to-the transport vehicle mean speed ratio.
EFFECT: enhanced transport vehicle data processing system performances.
