SUBSTANCE: global positioning device contains free gyroscope with rotation axis, perpendicular to Earth rotation axis, but with immediate axis of suspension parallel to it, with clock mechanism mounted on the latter, having sidereal day reversion period (23 hours, 56 minutes, 4 seconds), and rotating its body synchronously with Earth in such a way that an indicator of Earth axis once fixed on body maintains its direction constantly, with universal joint ring holding the immediate axis of gyro-clock block suspension, and projecting its transverse axis with pins facing outwards, onto which a semi-circular lead is hung which turns the universal joint ring together with itself around the immediate axis of the suspension and which deviates on the pins towards the Earth center if carrier changes departure and elevation latitude respectively; also having 3-step universal joint suspension, holding the abovementioned global positioning block on its internal axis by means of aforementioned pins and suspended, in its turn, on a carrier by means of a third axis; and having service sub-systems for supplying energy, controlling and monitoring.
EFFECT: full autonomy of the device.
