FIELD: analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises fluorinating silicon-containing material by solid hydrofluoride ammonium at a temperature no more than 200°C and heat treatment of the product by pyrolytic hydrolysis at a temperature of 200-500°C with separating light compositions of silicon and residual containing admixtures to be analyzed, reducing the residual to a solution by adding mineral acid, and determining admixtures in the solution.
EFFECT: enhanced precision.
