FIELD: inorganic chemistry, chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for synthesis of inorganic fluorine-containing compounds. Inorganic fluorine-containing compounds are synthesized by solid-phase interaction of inorganic compound with fluosilicic acid salt at heating. Interaction is carried out at temperature 280°C, not above. Inorganic compound is chosen from the group including oxides, fluorides or weak acid salts of elements of I-IV and VIII groups of periodic system of elements. Ammonium hexafluosilicate is used as a fluosilicic acid salt. Invention provides the development of energy economy method in synthesis of fluorine-containing compounds based on carrying out the solid-phase reactions, and enhancing purity of synthesized compound.
