FIELD: chemical industry; food processing industry; mechanical engineering; medical equipment industry; other industries; production of devices for homogenization and preparation of the liquid heterogeneous mixtures.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for homogenization and preparation of the liquid heterogeneous mixtures and may be used in chemical and alimentary machine building, medical equipment industry and other industries of the national economy. The device contains the body consisting of the flow-through chambers, in which the cavitation devices are installed. The device is supplied with the controller of the volumetric consumption of the mixture on the inlet fitting pipe in front of the cavitators. The walls of the flow-through chambers are made wavy. In front of the cavitators there are the mixture flow dividers. The flow dividers and the cavitators are installed in the areas of the greatest narrowing of the chambers. The technical result of the invention consists in the improved quality of homogenization of the mixture without any increase of the power inputs.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality of homogenization of the mixture without any increase of the power inputs.
