FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely molding articles in state of super-plasticity.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of shaping thin-wall part and simultaneously forming its non-detachable joint with parts-components in die with seats for placing parts-components whose protrusion value outside shaping surface of die is no more than 5 thickness values of sheet. Said non-detachable joint is formed due to flowing parts-components by material of blank being in super-plasticity state at forming undercuts. If distance between blank and die where part-component is placed is no more than 10 -12 thickness values of sheet, process for forming non-detachable joint of with parts-components is realized during one step at using stationary die. If said distance exceeds above mentioned value, then process is realized during two steps at using die that may move towards blank and at first of said two steps die is freely moved till achieving 30-40% of blank deformation and at second of said two steps non-detachable joint with parts-components is formed.
EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of method.
