FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling stock condition controls. According to invention, on running units electronic code transducers of running units and axle-box units with identification numbers are installed. Locomotive is furnished with automatic control system including computer with condition visualizer, emergency breaking device and radiomodems. Stations to read out information from code transducers of running units and axle-box units are arranged near tracks. Said readout stations include axle counter pickups and post equipment with readout device and antenna and are connected through communication line with computer of operator of automatic identification and train model forming system. The latter is connected through communication line with computer of station dispatcher. Locomotive is furnished with transceiver. Code transducer of axle-box units are made for changing output code. Each axle-box unit is provided with transceiver and running unit physical characteristics pickups whose outputs are connected with control inputs of code transducers of axle-box units. Output of this transducer is connected with input of transceiver connected by output through communication channel to input of transceiver on locomotive. Computer of train automatic control system is furnished with identification numbers comparator unit, memory of train identification model and emergency alarm. One input of comparator unit is connected with output of locomotive transceiver, and other input, with train identification model memory, and output, with emergency alarm. One output of emergency alarm is connected to emergency breaking device, and other output, to first input of condition visualizer. Second input of visualizer is connected with output of train identification model memory connected to radiomodem on locomotive which is coupled with radiomodem on station. Computer of station dispatcher is provided with memory to keep identification models of each train and device to record and read out information which is connected to memory, radiomodem on station and line of communication with computer of automatic identification and train model forming system operator.

EFFECT: provision of continuous information during running of train between stations concerning appearance of pre-emergency and emergency situations on train running units and their most important units and warning locomotive crew about emergency situation.
