FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rails rolling stock diagnostics. Junction point complex diagnostic control stations are located at tracks each comprising system of axle box bearing early diagnostics, system of measuring defects in geometry, profile and wear of wheels, system to control disturbances in geometry and track dynamics of bogie track fit and rolling stock component identification unit with its outputs connected to appropriate inputs of intermediate concentrator, data center of complex diagnostics control. Every said center comprises automated workstation of data center specialist, data processing unit, adapt analysis unit and data storage unit, all connected in series. Track station of train rolling components thermal control is connected to intermediate concentrator which is connected via station concentrator to data processing unit. Hardware-software means of automated workstation are connected to data analysis unit and to central complex of multilevel traffic safety control system, technical inspection station and hardware-software of train dispatcher.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of control.
