FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises data read-off stations (1) arranged along railway connected via communication line with operator's computer of the train automatic identification and formation system (2) connected via communication line with station dispatcher computer. Movable units (6) accommodate electronic code pickups (7) with identification numbers and electronic axle unit code pickups (9) with individual identification numbers, as well as units (10) to measure physical characteristics of axle units (9) with their outputs connected to control inputs of electronic code pickups (8) of axle units. Locomotive automatic control system (11) is arranged on locomotive and comprises computer (12) and situation display (13) and service braking unit (14), units (15) of identification number comparison, device (16) to memorise train type identification and emergency signaling device (17), radio modem (4) connected via communication channel with station radio modem (3) connected with output of station dispatcher computer (3) provided with device (18) to memorise identification types and read-write device (19). Rolling stock and locomotive axle units (9) have first (21) and second (22) transceiver modules with their ports interconnected and connected with the output of the axle box physical characteristic pickup unit (10). Transceiver second modules (20) on every train unit are connected via low-power local circuit (23) with axle box physical characteristic pickups (22) arranged outside of axle units (9). Transceiver first modules (21) on every train unit are connected via low-power local circuit (23) with LH and RH train sides. Main (25) and standby (26) transceiver modules on locomotive (5) are connected via CAN interface (27) with train automatic control system (11) and with every locomotive safety device data processing system (28) with its output connected to emergent braking device (29).
