SUBSTANCE: proposed tackle block with band pulling member includes housing whose curvilinear working surface is made in form of aerostatic supports. Said working surface, being made sectional, consists of middle section with permanent curvature, two extreme flat sections and two intermediate sections with variable transient curvature.
EFFECT: provision of adequate contact of band over entire surface of block, improved efficiency of operation of aerostatic support.
