FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the uralkyd pitch.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the uralkyd pitch used as the basis for manufacture of the paint-and-lacquer materials. Conduct the synthesis of the alkyd resin on the basis of the fatty acids of the tall oil, the pentaerythritol, the phthalic anhydride and the benzoic acid in the ratio of the components (only the alkyd part), in mass %: 35-42:17-20:18-21:10-12, further the reaction mixture is heated up to 240°С till production of the pitch with viscosity of 60 % of the solution 60 with the acidity number 15 mg of KOH/g, then the reaction mass is cooled to 190°С and conduct interaction with diurethane of the certain structure taken in the quantity of 5-20 mass %; further the synthesis is conducted at the temperature of 200-210°С till the complete distillation of the butyl alcohol and production of the uralkyd pitch with viscosity of the 60 % solution - 80 and the acidity number of 6-10 mg of KOH/g. The uralkyd pitch coatings produced on the basis of the isocyanate-free method have the heightened weather resistance and light stability.

EFFECT: the invention ensure, that the uralkyd pitch coatings produced on the basis of the isocyanate-free method have the heightened weather resistance and the light stability.
