SUBSTANCE: proposed steel contains the following components, mass-%: carbon, 0.5-0.9; silicon, 0.3-0.5; manganese, 0.1-0.2; chromium, 6.0-7.0; molybdenum, 3.0-4.0; tungsten, 1.8-22; vanadium, 0.5-1.0; aluminum, 0.4-0.8; titanium, 0.5-1.0; cobalt, 3.5-4.5; nickel, 3.5-4.5; magnesium, 0.005-0.01; the remainder being iron.
EFFECT: enhanced toughness of steel.
