FIELD: construction, particularly door assemblies.
SUBSTANCE: hollow door assembly comprises door case, outer and inner openable door leafs pivotally connected to front and rear door case sides correspondingly. The door leafs are provided with locking means to connect thereof to wall opening frame. Cooling means having rear and front opening gates and/or controllable heat-exchanging device are installed inside door case. The cooling means and/or heat-exchanging device supply heated of cooled air to room. Door case is provided with cells to receive domestic appliances, products, mail, shoes and for cash payment. Outer door leaf has windows aligned with each door case cell and closed with protective shutters provided with coded locks.
EFFECT: extended functional capabilities of the door assembly due to possibility of door assembly provision with additional equipment.
