FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport logistic of various objects. More specifically, the present invention relates to transport logistic of goods, cargoes and wastes, namely food products, non-food products, household wastes, construction and other garbage, articles of clothing, shoes, equipment, construction materials and other items and goods. According to the invention, the logistic system of the building is configured to combine and synchronize the logistic processes of the stage of delivery of logistic objects and the stage of removal of logistic objects for their subsequent recycling or processing and comprises inside the building a group of compartments for accommodation of logistic objects, provided with access from outside and inside the building, and equipment for delivery, processing, reception of logistic objects. At the same time, it contains compartment equipped with refrigerator with double-sided access, contains compartment equipped with cabinet with double-sided access, contains compartment located in internal place of common use of building with arranged checkpoint, besides, it has doors of access to the above compartments. Logistic system of the building includes a system for managing orders by means of software over the Internet using an access key to the compartment door and is configured to integrate with garbage and wastes removal operators, wherein the logistic objects for recycling or recycling are garbage and wastes.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability and automation of the logistic system of the building, as well as the speed of its operation, reduced material consumption with simultaneous increase in the reliability and efficiency of the logistic system.
