SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction. A transportable residential block container in the form factor of a medium-tonnage carrying capacity of a container is made with a floor, a roof and side walls, in which openings for a door and windows are organized. The part of the container related to the floor is made with its attachment points on the platform of the transported trailer. The opening for the door is made on one side wall of smaller width, and the opening for at least one window is made on the opposite side wall of smaller width. The floor part of the container is made with folding supports, and the part of the container related to the roof is made with eyelets. The inner space of the container on the side of the door opening is divided by a longitudinal partition into a sanitary unit, behind the transverse partition of which there is a kitchen area, and on the side of the window opening there is a sleeping place and a study area. The floor-related part of the container is made hollow and it contains technological connections and engineering units connected with kitchen equipment and equipment in the sanitary unit. There are connecting power supply nodes, the terminal elements of which are brought out through connectors and locking equipment. A device for transporting a residential block container and a prefabricated building from them are also disclosed.
