SUBSTANCE: milling device comprises bearing member with at least two disc cutters installed on the bearing member so that the disc cutters may rotate about corresponding axes of rotation. Device also has at least one disc cutter drive to bring disc cutters into rotation, wherein ground material excavation is carried out by disc cutter rotation about corresponding axis. Disc cutter drive provides bearing member rotation to excavate ground material along with two disc cutters rotation about axis of bearing member rotation, which is substantially parallel to well driving direction. Angle between disc cutter rotation axes and that of bearing member is substantially equal to 90°. Disc cutters are arranged so that as bearing member rotation cause disc cutters movement along round path equal to ground material excavation section. Axis of at least one disc cutter rotation is shifted with respect to bearing member axis.

EFFECT: possibility to drill wells under any geological ground conditions and increased economical efficiency of well drilling.
