FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: milling tool for milling and mixing chip with hydraulic binding consists of: two pair of rotating drums located coaxially on parallel axes, also, each drum is equipped with mill for milling and mixing chip with hydraulic binding, of motor facilities inside drums for driving drums, of devices for pumping hydraulic binding into ground, of bearing devices of horizontal section with dimensions, smaller in comparison with milled groove, and of support device whereon there are mounted rotating drums. The support device is designed for connection of drums with the bearing devices. Also, the support structure consists of plate in essence perpendicular to axes of drums rotation, forming supports for the drums on its ends and having constant thickness considerably less relative to length of axes of rotation of a mill pair. A mounting flange is directly attached to a lower end of the bearing devices and is connected with an upper end of the plate. A shape of an upper edge of the plate connecting the flange with devices forming the said supports in combination with small thickness of the plate facilitates essential ease of tool lifting through mixture of chip with hydraulic binding. Also, width of the mounting flange is less, than one third of length of the milling tool in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the direction of axes of mill pairs. The milling installation consists of the tool and of devices for direction and drive, by means of which a directing rod is connected with a vertical mast mounted on a caterpillar base machine. A system for generation of hydraulic power is also mounted on the machine.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of chip carryover and prevention of milling tool seizure at its extraction from processed ground.
