FIELD: water heating facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed boiler contains burner, furnace with horizontal heating surfaces in form of screens and convection chamber with horizontal heating surfaces in form of tubes divided by partition. Furnace has upper, lower, rear, left-hand side and right-hand side screens connected, accordingly, with upper, lower, left-hand and right-hand side headers forming frame with fitted-in diaphragms dividing headers into compartments, and front screen formed by bringing together to middle the upper parts of left-hand and right-hand side headers arranged higher than burner and bottom made of refractory material in furnace installed at level with lower screen or over said screen. Burner is installed for directing flame kernel to bottom, and tubes arranged in convection chamber are connected into additional left-hand and right-hand headers located outside left-hand and right-hand headers and divided by diaphragms into compartments. Compartments of screen headers communicate with compartments of additional headers so that water flow is distributed parallel in upper and lower screens and tubes arranged in convection chamber.
EFFECT: reduced harmful exhausts, increased overhaul period and service life of boiler tubes, enlarged operating capabilities.
