SUBSTANCE: the transmitter of the air traffic control center radiates signals towards the receiver of the, satellite, the transmitters of the latter radiates these signals in the direction of the receiver of the moving objective, and its transmitter radiates these signal in the direction of the receiver of the satellite, and transmitter of the latter radiates them towards the receiver of the traffic control center, the locator of the control, center measures the range and the speed of the moving objective and transmits these data via the satellite to the receiver of the traffic control center and further to the computer for joint location of the moving objective and provision of monitoring and safety of motion of the objectives.
EFFECT: provided traffic control of the transport objectives, as well as safety of motion of these objectives.
