FIELD: x-ray engineering, namely, x-ray densitometry, which examines density of bone tissue for diagnostics of osteoporosis, possible use in modern x-ray graphic diagnostic complexes during examinations.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method for registration of x-ray radiation of object in various ranges of x-ray radiation spectrum includes irradiation of patient with x-ray radiation, receipt of x-ray radiation having passed through object by means of luminescent screen, sensitive to various sections of x-ray radiation spectrum, and production of optical image from luminescent screen. As luminescent screen, sensitive to various parts of x-ray radiation spectrum, multi-layer screen is used, each layer of which absorbs x-ray radiation in its own part of x-ray radiation spectrum, in such a way, that each layer of the screen positioned closer to object serves as a filter for x-ray radiation for next layer, while each previous layer of x-ray screen emits light in more long-wave optical area compared to previous layer, and production of optical image from luminescent screen is performed by means of light-sensitive photo-detector.

EFFECT: production of quality image with possible visualization of two and more various sections of x-ray radiation spectrum, which may be specially selected in each particular case.
