FIELD: receiving device and receiving method, which use control information transferred via control channel during decoding of information data transferred via data channel.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, determining block determines, whether control channel is assigned to receiving device, to which determining block belongs, or not, if it is defined, that control channel is assigned to receiving device, then block for comparing characteristics compares control information transferred by control channel to receipt characteristics of receiving device. Data channel receipt block receives data channel in case if control information is within limits of receipt characteristics of receiving device, and does not receive data channel in case if control information is outside limits of receipt characteristics of receiving device. Additionally, if control information is outside limits of characteristics of receiving device, then transmission block does not transfer the receipt confirmation signal (ACK-signal) or negative receipt confirmation signal (NACK-signal) in response to data channel.

EFFECT: prevented execution of receipt, demodulation and decoding of data channel with usage of faulty control information.
