SUBSTANCE: device consists of transmitter, receiving-transmitting antenna, radio-receiver of test signal, radio-receiver of information signal, generator of control signal, delay line, turbo-coder of information signal, turbo-coders of test and information series. Control signal for controlling transmission power of satellite communication ground station is created for a time corresponding to time of transmission of one code block.
EFFECT: creation of device for controlling transmission power of satellite communication ground station, ensuring reduced time needed for generation of control signal for adjusting transmission power of satellite communication ground station.
